Tu rol en Baxter:

Asegurar la correcta operación del almacén mediante la planeación y supervisión de las actividades de recibo control de inventarios y embarques.

Lo que realizaras en Baxter:

• Planear coordinar y supervisar las actividades diarias del almacén.

• Supervisar los procesos de recibo almacén y embarques

• Administrar y controlar inventarios con exactitud y confiabilidad

• Dar seguimiento a los KPIs de operaciones el almacén.

• Liderar proyectos de mejora continua (Kaizen 6s)

Lo que aportaras en Baxter:

• Experiencia y conocimientos en sistemas de administración de Almacén ( SAP Oracle JDE ).

• Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o afines.

• Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la dirección de las actividades de recepción envío almacenamiento y amplio conocimiento de las técnicas de control de inventarios

• Experiencia mínima de tres años en supervisión de personal no exento

• Capacidad demostrada para liderar capacitar y desarrollar personal.

• Ingles avanzado a nivel conversacional.
