We are currently searching for a Business Consulting Analyst:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Structure and analyze complex business problems.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to evaluate issues and generate insights.
• Extract relevant insights and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality deliverables and high-impact presentations.
• Manage stakeholders effectively within a project-based environment.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• 3 to 6 years of overall experience in consulting strategy business transformation or project-based roles.
• Strong problem conceptualization and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis and insight generation.
• Experience preparing high-quality deliverables and presentations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a consulting environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering. (Retained from standard template though this is a less technical role)

Desired

• Financial Services or Payments experience is a plus.
• Preferred background: Consulting / Strategy / Business Transformation.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants. (Retained from standard template)

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.

• Purely administrative profiles would not be a fit. We are not looking for candidates whose experience is mainly administrative operational process-oriented or purely technical.
