We are searching for the best talent for Staff Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to be in Juarez City.

You will be responsible for:

• Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and business targets.
• Analyze inventory data to identify excess obsolete or slow-moving items and recommend corrective actions.
• Responsible for developing inventory-related business plans during the different financial cycles.
• Inventory reporting.
• Perform manual BOM (bill of materials) explosions to translate finished goods demand into detailed component requirements.
• Calculate gross component requirements based on production plans forecasts and BOM structures.
• Determine net component requirements by considering available inventory safety stock targets etc.
• Generate and maintain component requirement reports.
• Maintain documentation of assumptions calculations and methodologies used in manual material planning activities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual BOM explosion and requirement planning processes reducing reliance on spreadsheets
• Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing forecasts accurate inventory data and insights.
• Support new product launches life-cycle management and end-of-life inventory planning.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• 6-8 years of experience in supply chain inventory management or planning or related
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field; Masters a plus
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JDE SAP Oracle or similar
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge about analytics tools (Alteryx Power BI Tableau preferred).
• Extensive experience in data management and analytics with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures (multi-level BOMs)
• Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
