We are searching for the best talent for Staff Supply Chain and Inventory Analyst to be in Juarez City.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to support customer demand and business targets.
- Analyze inventory data to identify excess obsolete or slow-moving items and recommend corrective actions.
- Responsible for developing inventory-related business plans during the different financial cycles.
- Inventory reporting.
- Perform manual BOM (bill of materials) explosions to translate finished goods demand into detailed component requirements.
- Calculate gross component requirements based on production plans forecasts and BOM structures.
- Determine net component requirements by considering available inventory safety stock targets etc.
- Generate and maintain component requirement reports.
- Maintain documentation of assumptions calculations and methodologies used in manual material planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual BOM explosion and requirement planning processes reducing reliance on spreadsheets
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes by providing forecasts accurate inventory data and insights.
- Support new product launches life-cycle management and end-of-life inventory planning.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in supply chain inventory management or planning or related
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Engineering or related field; Masters a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (JDE SAP Oracle or similar
- Advanced Excel skills and knowledge about analytics tools (Alteryx Power BI Tableau preferred).
- Extensive experience in data management and analytics with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of BOM structures (multi-level BOMs)
- Strong understanding of inventory management and supply planning.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- APICS/CSCP/CPIM certification preferred
