Staff Engineer Python Developer

Job Description:

• Design develop and maintain scalable secure and high-performance applications using Python.
• Collaborate directly with U.S. client teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead technical discussions solution design sessions and architecture reviews with client and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs microservices and backend platforms.
• Write clean maintainable and testable code following engineering best practices.
• Conduct code reviews mentor junior engineers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product QA UX Data Engineering and Cloud Infrastructure teams.
