Job Summary

Job Schedule: Hybrid 2 days in the office 3 days working from home Ability to travel <10%

Come Drive Innovation with Us. We are currently looking for a Sr. Specialist Risk and Compliance to join our team in Ags or CDMX.

A Day in the Life:

  • Support governance risk compliance and internal control activities across GBS operations

  • Assist in implementing and improving control frameworks and standard processes

  • Identify assess and track risks ensuring proper documentation and follow-up

  • Monitor compliance with internal policies standards and regulatory requirements

  • Coordinate control reviews audits and compliance assessments

  • Prepare reports and analyze data to provide insights for decision-making

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to track mitigation plans and ensure accountability

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance controls and operational efficiency

Who Were Looking For

Required:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting Risk Management Law Engineering International Business or a related field

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of governance risk compliance and internal control principles

  • Ability to analyze data risks and action plans with strong attention to detail

  • Strong problem-solving coordination and stakeholder management skills

  • Effective communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Work Location: Ability to perform work onsite at CDMX or Ags.

  • Travel: Not specified

Desired:

  • Experience working in shared services GBS SSC or multinational environments

  • Exposure to cross-functional matrixed or global business settings

  • Knowledge of reporting tools and process management systems

  • Experience supporting audits compliance reviews or risk assessments in complex organizations
