Sr. Specialist Marketing Company Operations Quality

Typical Accountabilities:
Lead and oversee specific quality system processes within assigned site / area.
Establish and maintain process governance structures to ensure processes are properly documented reviewed and updated as necessary.
Analyze process and data trends and optimize existing processes to ensure they are streamlined efficient and meet quality and regulatory requirements.
Provide support and advice to cross-functional teams to address needsas related to own area (e.g. risk management compliance inspection readiness investigation responses).
Collaborate with other quality systems colleagues to drive joint simplification and improvement work.
Engage in audits inspections and response processes as applicable.
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders for assistance in defense and responses and share observations and learnings as applicable.
Oversee development / change and implementation of SOPs within area of responsibility.

Education Qualifications Skills and Experience

Essential:
Bachelors degree in science / engineering field such as Pharmacy Biology or Chemistry.
Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality.
Experience in business process / quality system management.
Strong orientation for continuous improvement and process streamlining and optimization.
Experience applying Lean principles and executing change initiatives within a structured framework.
Experience with newer digital tools and technologies related to quality systems management.
