Sr. Sales Manager, Non-Endemic and Acquisition, Amazon Ads

We are looking for an analytical thinker who has experience and will be excited to develop and execute sales strategies tactics plans processes and programs for our Non-Endemic advertisers (e.g. Automotive Financial Services Telco) in the Large Customer Sales org along with our high-growth new customer acquisition team. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast pace environment and utilize their great communication skills to manage a top performing sales team that work across a wide variety of verticals.

Key job responsibilities
-Hire and develop the best: attract hire and retain top sales talent
-Be a strong leader of leaders: front line managers lead teams of 8 direct reports
-Create and implement sales programs and tools that help to increase the performance of your team
-Coach your team to analyze the performances of their customers campaigns and provide optimization recommendations to their advertisers and agencies
-Promote customer obsession: ensure that our advertisers and their agencies receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
-Prioritize and deliver timely high quality work
-Partner across organizations to ensure that your team is setup for success

- 12 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience managing teams who deliver on defined goals and timelines
- Experience hiring and retaining sales talent
- Experience building new customer relationships

- Experience reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals
- Experience of high level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management
