Job Summary
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies across local theatrical releases that align with commercial objectives
Build and maintain strong exhibitor relationships to support release performance
Manage weekly session planning.
Collaborate with Mexico exhibitors to secure optimal terms and holdovers to maximize screen count
Own daily box office monitoring and reporting systems for Amazon MGM Studios bookings
Analyze market trends audience behavior and box office performance
Oversee forecasting admissions targets and revenue modeling for all titles
Support release date planning that balances local conditions with studio objectives
Maintain market release schedule and communicate competitive film movements
Present release plans to exhibition clients and coordinate promotional activities
Collect and analyze box office data to inform tactical decisions
Manage the planning production classification and delivery of trailers and promotional assets
Manage KDM operations and technical delivery standards across exhibition partners
Direct satellite and HD shipping control operations
Oversee receivables monitoring and booking/gross adjustments in internal systems
Ensure operational excellence across all distribution technology platforms
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- 6 years of entertainment marketing audio or other media sales experience
- Experience establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations
- Speak write and read fluently in English and have the ability to take direction in English
- Experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as OBIEE Business Objects Cognos Tableau MicroStrategy SSAS Cubes etc.
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills attention to detail and effective communication abilities
- Knowledge of the Mexican theatrical exhibition market dynamics and trends
- Experience with film performance forecasting and revenue modeling
- Understanding of theatrical windows and circuit development strategies
- Familiarity with film industry economics revenue models and box office analytics
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to adapt to change
- Experience managing stakeholders across multiple business functions
- Experience representing a studio at industry events and conventions
