Sr. Product Owner

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to act as the primary point of contact for our client stakeholders regarding product vision roadmap priorities and delivery.

We are looking for a Senior Product Owner who will:

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with business engineering architecture QA and program management teams.

• Lead requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value customer impact technical dependencies and delivery commitments.

• Facilitate effective communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.

• Negotiate scope priorities timelines and trade-offs while managing stakeholder expectations.

• Drive sprint planning backlog refinement release planning and product demonstrations.

• Collaborate closely with Technical Leads and Engineering Managers to ensure realistic planning and successful execution.

• Identify risks dependencies and blockers early proactively driving mitigation plans.

• Make informed prioritization decisions balancing customer needs business objectives technical complexity and available capacity.

• Support release management activities and communicate progress risks and delivery status to leadership and customers.

Is this opportunity right for you We are looking for candidates who have:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 years of experience as a product owner.

• Ability to communicate effectively with executives business users technical teams and external customers.

• Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Experience with roadmap planning backlog management and release planning.

• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

• Extensive experience defining product requirements and user stories.

• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).

• Experience with Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools.

• Experience working directly with enterprise customers in a client-facing environment.

• Ability to read write speak and understand the English language in a business environment.
