Responsibilities:
Manage the Perfect Execution database.
Coordinate monthly meetings with different business units and departments to review projects and provide appropriate follow-up.
Keep the database updated.
Preparation/interpretation of drawings/specifications
Inventory poka yokes
Measurement of critical characteristics
Monitoring and Measurement of the product process
Audit of the proper use of each PY
Establishment of maintenance tasks for pokayoke in EAM
Take part in the development of future implementations in PY
Actively get involved in all activities of the Per(x) department such as:
Audits and 5s Courses.
Kaizen Events Coordination
TPM Events Coordination
Coordination of SMED Events
Continuous Improvement Projects.
Support for Cost Reduction projects and Investment Projects
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years in Manufacturing/engineering or a related department to use lean tools.
Knowledge of Plcs Pneumatics Autocad English (Spoken and Written) Lean Tools.
