Your role at Baxter: To perform your duties in accordance with the organizations culture of compliance with rules and ethical business practices.

What you will do at Baxter:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
• Lead process validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ DOE SPC).
• Optimize manufacturing flow line balancing and workstation design.
• Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
• Statistical tools (DOE SPC) .
• Validation of processes and quality systems (CAPA change management)
• Knowledge of mechanical pneumatic or hydraulic systems.
• ERP systems (JDE preferred) AutoCAD SolidWorks or similar.
• Intermediate English.

What you will contribute to Baxter:

Resolve quality issues using CAPA NCMR and structured problem-solving tools Support engineering changes new product launches and equipment installations Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations Quality Maintenance Supply Chain)
