Sr Business Analyst with AI | Remote

Purpose

Serve as a critical bridge between business product architecture and engineering teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise software solutions hosted on Microsoft Azure.

Key Focus

Business analysis Agile (Scrum) methodologies cloud-based applications and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Management: Elicit analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements translating them into user stories acceptance criteria and process flows.

• Agile Delivery: Participate in Sprint planning backlog refinement and feature prioritization alongside Product Owners and development teams.

• Enterprise Software Analysis: Define future-state capabilities assess impacts model processes and ensure traceability from requirements to business outcomes.

• Azure Development Support: Analyze system interactions data flows and platform dependencies on Microsoft Azure to align with technical implementation approaches.

• AI & Intelligent Solutions: Define requirements for AI-powered features agentic workflows and intelligent automation while promoting responsible and ethical AI use.

• Stakeholder Management: Facilitate communication manage competing priorities resolve ambiguities and present proposals to leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 8 years of Business Analyst experience within software product development environments focusing on enterprise-scale products.

• Technical Skills: Strong background in requirements gathering process analysis functional specifications REST APIs SQL and data modeling.

• Tools: Azure DevOps (ADO) Jira Confluence Microsoft 365 process modeling tools (Visio/Miro) and Power BI (preferred).

• AI Knowledge: Generative AI concepts LLMs Microsoft Copilot AI agents RAG workflows and AI governance.

• Preferred Certifications: CBAP PMI-PBA SAFe (POPM or Agilist).

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH AND SPANISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
