As aSr. Associate II Master Data Governance & Managementsupporting theGlobal Supply Chain and Manufacturing Data Management Team you will be trusted to manage and govern SAP Material Master data while supporting manufacturing operations across global sites. This role is based inMexico City Mexico and a typical day will include:

• Partnering with local data stewards plant managers ERP teams and global planning teams to ensureaccurateand compliant material master data across manufacturing operations.

• Executing the creation maintenance extension and governance of SAP Material Master records to support product launches manufacturing activities and supply chain operations.

• Analyzing and resolving master data issues through root cause analysis ensuring data accuracy consistency completeness and alignment with business rules and governance standards.

• Supporting global manufacturing sites by managing master data requests driving process improvementsmonitoringdata quality metrics and maintaining compliance with internal controls and SOPs.

• Serving as a trusted subject matter expert for manufacturing master data processes proactivelyidentifyingrisks recommending solutions and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
  

WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON

Education

• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Business Engineering Information Systems ora related field.

Experience

• 5 years of experience in Master Data Management Data Governance Supply Chain Manufacturing Operations or ERP Data Management.

• Experience supporting global stakeholders across multiple regions.

• Experience in highly regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Technical Skills

• Strong SAP Material Master maintenance and governance experience.

• Experience owning or supporting master data governance processes and business rules.

• Knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes.

• Experience with ERP systems data quality management data analysis and root cause investigation.

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
