Position Summary

We areseekingan experienced and results-driven Senior Production Supervisor to lead our production operations and ensureoptimalefficiency quality and safety. This roleis responsible forsupervising production team members managing daily activities and driving continuous improvement initiatives. As a key leader you will foster a positive work environment build a cohesive team and set the standard for operational excellence in a high-paced manufacturing setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Lean Manufacturing certifications and experience implementing TPS methodologies

• Lines Balance experience

• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a manufacturing environment

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills withexpertisein root cause analysis

• Experience managing budgets and improving production efficiency through continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in mechanical Industrial or other technical engineering discipline

• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written)

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience including assembly line and torque process

• Hands-on experience with line balancing and compliance with safety and quality standards

Position Overview

The Senior Production Supervisor will engage and motivate the production team to create a productive and enjoyable work environment. You will own and enforce line standards for safety quality and operational performance whileidentifyingand implementingcontinuous improvement projects using Lean Manufacturing tools. Responsibilities include managing workshop production efficiency coordinating daily activities and ensuring projects are completed within quoted and budgeted hours.

You will oversee compliance with environmental productivity quality and health & safety standards prepare andmaintainproduction reports and take corrective actions when necessary.Additionalduties include promoting Total Productive Maintenance procedures improving working processesmonitoringattendance and training operators on products and processes. This role requires strong leadership organizational skills and the ability to synthesize complex data to drive strategic decisions in a fast-paced high-technology manufacturing environment.
