- Lead production operations across day afternoon and night shifts ensuring safe and efficient manufacturing performance.
- Develop coach and engage production teams while fostering a strong culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Drive adherence to safety quality food safety and operational standards throughout the manufacturing process.
- Optimize production processes involving powders liquids emulsions and drying technologies to improve efficiency and performance.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
- Monitor key production metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve productivity quality and service targets.
- Partner closely with Quality Maintenance Supply Chain Engineering and EHS teams to support business objectives.
- Support plant optimization projects focused on waste reduction process efficiency and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory environmental and company requirements while maintaining a safe working environment.
- Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering Food Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor within food manufacturing flavors ingredients chemical or related process industries.
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing manufacturing teams in a production environment.
- Advanced English communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and continuous improvement programs.
- Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement training.
- Experience implementing and supporting Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies involving powders liquids emulsions and drying processes.
- Strong focus on safety operational discipline and manufacturing excellence.
- Experience within flavors food ingredients specialty ingredients or chemical manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record delivering productivity efficiency or cost optimization projects.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities in complex manufacturing operations.
