The Sports Supervisor plays a key role in promoting physical activity teamwork and student wellbeing through structured sports programmes and supervision.
- Supervise students during sports activities recess and physical education support sessions
- Assist in the planning and delivery of sports programmes and training sessions
- Promote teamwork sportsmanship and healthy competition
- Ensure safe use and maintenance of sports equipment and facilities
- Monitor student participation and encourage engagement in physical activities
- Support PE teachers and coaches during classes and events
- Organise and assist in school sports events tournaments and competitions
- Identify and report any safety risks or incidents
- Maintain discipline and positive behaviour during activities
- Contribute to the development of a strong school sports culture
- Background in sports physical education or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children or adolescents
- Energetic proactive and enthusiastic attitude
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage groups in active environments
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Commitment to student safety and wellbeing
