Job Description: Business Practices Steward
Position Summary:
The Business Practices Steward supports the execution of business practices priorities across compliance collaboration transformation and culture. This role helps ensure business activities are conducted in alignment with company values standards policies and risk controls while promoting simplified processes digital adoption ethical behavior and cross-functional partnership.
The Steward acts as a practical connector between business teams compliance and enabling functions helping drive operational excellence monitoring key controls supporting training and communication and ensuring timely follow-through on required actions and remediation.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Business Practices Manager in daily activities to enhance awareness on Companys Values & Standards Corporate Policies and Compliance Policies SOPs & Guidance.
- Serve as guardian of all business-related policies and procedures that include compliance controls (excluding policies owned by Finance or HR).
- Helping the BPM to ensure consistent and effective compliance standards are in place in the organization.
- Support development and tracking of dashboards spot checks and other monitoring mechanisms for new processes.
- Managing HCP interactions monitoring controls
- Helping to prepare local training sessions on new and revised policies processes and procedures making sure that attendance sheets for such trainings are tracked and stored appropriately
- Provide guidance to Business Stakeholders on queries relating to the local Code of Practice Policies and Healthcare Professional (HCP) interactions.
- Encourage Speak Up behaviors and escalation of issues through appropriate channels.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce administrative burden especially for field sales and related teams.
- Contribute to standardization of processes and documentation to improve consistency and right-first-time execution.
- Data Privacy activities
Qualifications:
- Expertise in all compliance related aspects including laws regulations procedures policies and SOPs; awareness of international guidelines and rules
- Familiarity with policies compliance guidelines and data protection legislation
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Pronounced diplomacy with strong negotiation skills
- High ethical standards being a role model of business compliance and integrity
- Proven ability to develop sustainable cooperative professional relationships on all levels of the organization
- Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- Language - Must be fluent in English
Professional Competences:
- Problem solving and critical thinking root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
- Process improvement simplification operational excellence change management.
Requirements:
- Academic Background: Bachelors Degree.
- Experience: 1-2 years of Audit Finance Compliance Legal or comparable business experience in healthcare industry.
- Use of AI tools to simplify automate operative processes
