Position: Spanish Tutors
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50$60/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Approximately three weeks
Commitment: Approximately seven hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead engaging one-on-one Spanish tutoring sessions.
• Adapt lessons to each learners proficiency level and assigned topics.
• Encourage natural substantive back-and-forth conversation.
• Follow the provided lesson structure and project instructions.
• Conduct sessions focused on maintaining engagement and avoiding off-topic conversation.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Fluent Spanish speakers with strong verbal communication skills.
• Bachelors degree or higher.
• 3 years of Spanish teaching or tutoring experience.
• Experience teaching native English speakers at different proficiency levels.
• Ability to adapt lesson structure and communication style to individual learners.
• Reliable availability and a strong record of punctuality.
• Comfort participating in recorded online sessions.
