Software QA Tester

About:

The client is an American company that has been offering digital billing services and payment solutions to the insurance industry since the 1950s evolving from a family-built general agency to a leader in premium financing software and business process outsourcing for the property and casualty insurance sector.

What Youll Do:

• Ensure operational readiness & accuracy of software through manual testing.
• Create efficient test case scenarios.
• Document and communicate test results with the team and stakeholders.
• Provide technical support and collaborate on bug reports.
  
  

Looking For Someone With:

• Conversational English communication skills (verbal and written)
• A service-oriented mindset problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong knowledge of IT and mastery of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail for manual QA testing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in computer science (or similar) or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3 years in software testing with familiarity in MS Word Excel Jira Postman.
• Experience in SaaS software is a plus.

• Ability to work aligned with Pacific Time Zone (U.S.) Monday Friday 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
