We are currently searching for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE):

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Design and implement an effective and efficient CI/CD flow that gets code from dev to prod with high quality and minimal manual effort.
• Apply a systematic problem-solving approach coupled with strong communication skills and a sense of ownership and drive.
• Drive the adoption of development services (Performance Engineering Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery and Collaboration) amongst various delivery teams.
• Debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks to improve efficiency.
• Manage relationships and deal with difficult situations involving many different stakeholders making decisions with a sense of urgency.
• Work across development operations and product teams to prioritize needs build relationships and push the boundaries of what can be done with automation.
• Design analyze and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical field involving coding (e.g. physics or mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven engineering experience with industry-standard CI/CD tools like Git/BitBucket Jenkins Maven Artifactory Groovy and Chef.
• Sound knowledge and extensive hands-on experience in cloud-based architecture (preferably in Azure and PCF).
• Demonstrated experience with Java J2EE WebServices (SOAP/REST) Spring/Spring Boot and Hibernate skills.
• Solid understanding and experience with algorithms data structures scripting pipeline management and software design.
• Experience working in an Agile Development Environment.
• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

Desired

• Experience with Splunk Dynatrace Docker and Kubernetes is a strong plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.
