Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design implement and manage cloud-based infrastructure using AWS focusing on services like EC2 RDS S3 IAM SQS and more utilizing infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform for provisioning and configuration.
• Deploy and manage Airflow in multiple environments such as staging and production using Kubernetes to ensure scalable and robust workflow management.
• Automate software deployment processes and manage continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to streamline development and deployment.
• Implement and maintain security best practices for cloud infrastructure to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and optimize cloud resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with the development teams to deploy and manage tools such as Airflow Snowflake Matillion DBT Java Spring Boot Apps and SQL databases.
• Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure system reliability and availability.

Qualifications :

• 5 years of experience as a DevOps Engineer Cloud Engineer or similar role with a strong focus on cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
• Strong background in Kubernetes cluster management and Linux/Windows administration.
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems such as Jenkins GitLab etc.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python Bash.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
