Site Continuous Improvement Leader
Job Summary
Role Purpose
The Site Continues Improvement Leader is responsible for analyzing optimizing and improving production processes by identifying inefficiencies and waste with the objective of maximizing operational performance within the plant.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze production processes and identify improvement opportunities
Conduct time and motion studies
Develop and update standard work procedures
Optimize labor utilization and production resources
Improve workflow through process and layout analysis
Identify and reduce waste (time materials and energy)
Implement continuous improvement and scrap reduction initiatives
Participate in the design of new processes and methods
Ensure proper process release at production start-up
Understand and interpret technical documentation at workstations
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to enhance operational performance
Required Profile
Bachelors degree in Industrial Mechanical Mechatronics Engineering or related
Previous experience in the automotive industry (preferred)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in:
Production lines
Line balancing
Bottleneck identification
Time and motion studies
Process improvement and standardization
Problem-solving skills
AutoCAD knowledge (preferred)
Advanced English level
