One sentence description of role:

Lead the implementation of Radiology Informatics solutions in Mexico ensuring on-time high-quality project delivery strong customer relationships and effective leadership of a multidisciplinary implementation team.

Your role:

• This role will have a direct impact on implementation excellence in Mexico by driving high-quality project execution supporting customer satisfaction strengthening delivery governance and contributing to business performance in a strategic market.
• You will lead a multidisciplinary implementation team and work closely with customers sales service and regional stakeholders to ensure successful go-lives strong execution discipline and trusted customer relationships.
• You will also help create structure clarity and a strong team environment while supporting performance accountability and collaboration.

Youre the right fit if:

• You bring strong experience in implementation service delivery program or project management along with proven people leadership and customer relationship management experience ideally in healthcare technology imaging informatics RIS/PACS or a comparable technical environment.
• You combine strong project management and execution skills with the technical credibility to navigate discussions involving systems infrastructure and complex implementation topics. You are also recognized for strong communication stakeholder management and the ability to lead motivate and develop teams.
• You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Health Science Business Delivery Engineering or a related field. A Project Management certification such as PMP is highly valued.
• You are fluent in English comfortable working in a dynamic customer-facing environment and able to balance operational execution customer trust-building and people leadership. Experience in a high-performing global or world-class organization will be considered a strong advantage.
