We are currently searching for a Sr Application Performance and Observability Engineer:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Lead the technical investigation and implement end-to-end application traceability across complex systems.
- Diagnose and resolve network proxy load balancer and TLS troubleshooting issues.
- Perform API latency timeout retry and dependency failure analysis.
- Execute browser-to-backend transaction tracing Real User Monitoring and frontend error analysis.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Deep Java application performance engineering experience.
- Strong WebSphere and WebLogic diagnostic skills.
- JVM profiling garbage collection analysis heap dumps and thread dumps.
- Application-level structured logging and correlation ID implementation.
- Distributed tracing across applications APIs and downstream dependencies.
- Hands-on experience with Datadog New Relic or similar APM tools.
- Oracle performance diagnostics including SQL execution plans AWR and ASH.
- JDBC connection pools application thread pools and session management.
- Experience tracing transactions across legacy or partially instrumented platforms.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.

- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
