Role Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of telecom and enterprise service projects ensuring alignment with customer commitments operational KPIs and financial targets. The role acts as the primary interface between delivery teams customers and leadership driving execution across infrastructure service operations and migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Own and deliver end-to-end project lifecycle (initiation closure) for telecom or managed services projects
Manage customer engagements ensuring scope timelines and contractual obligations are met
Build and maintain detailed project plans including milestones dependencies and resource allocation
Track and control project financials (revenue cost margin forecasts)
Identify and manage risks issues and escalations especially in multi-vendor environments
Coordinate across cross-functional teams (network infrastructure service delivery operations)
Lead status reporting to stakeholders (customers leadership top management sales)
Drive governance and compliance (internal processes audit readiness contractual adherence)
Manage change requests scope evolution and customer approvals
