Senior Project Manager

• Own the planning execution and delivery of strategic initiatives from kickoff through completion.
• Drive projects with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining high-quality execution.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals priorities and deliverables.
• Understand and champion the vision behind each initiative ensuring execution remains aligned with business objectives.
• Facilitate rapid experimentation by helping teams test learn and iterate quickly.
• Identify risks remove blockers and proactively drive projects forward.
• Manage project timelines milestones dependencies and stakeholder communications.
• Lead recurring project meetings status updates and governance activities.
• Continuously improve project delivery processes by leveraging AI-powered tools coding assistants and automation where appropriate.
• Foster a culture of accountability collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

• Experience managing cross-functional projects in technology or digital environments adopting AI-powered workflows or software development tools.
• Strong foundation in traditional project management methodologies with experience in Agile Waterfall or Hybrid delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own initiatives and drive them to successful completion.
• Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a bias toward action.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira Asana Azure DevOps or similar.
• Familiarity with coding assistants (such as GitHub Copilot Cursor or similar AI tools) and their impact on software delivery.
• Experience implementing process improvements or operational excellence initiatives.
• PMP Scrum Master or Agile certifications are a plus.

Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.

How much experience must I have

At least 7 years of professional experience managing technical projects or programs in software development environments.
