As a Senior Manufacturing Production Process Engineer you will play a strategic role in designing optimizing and implementing world-class manufacturing processes that improve efficiency quality and productivity. How youll make an impact
Lead the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes equipment and automation solutions.
Drive Industry 4.0 initiatives that improve operational efficiency and manufacturing performance.
Analyze production processes to identify opportunities for increased throughput reduced waste and enhanced product quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully integrate new products into manufacturing operations.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve process challenges.
Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and support equipment selection through data-driven assessments.
Develop and maintain process documentation standard operating procedures and process flow diagrams.
Provide technical leadership and mentor colleagues to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your background
Bachelors or Masters degree in Manufacturing Industrial Mechanical Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
810 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering within a high-volume production environment.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies; Green Belt or Black Belt certification is an advantage.
Experience with automation robotics Industry 4.0 technologies IoT and data-driven manufacturing systems.
Proven success in process design optimization validation and engineering project leadership.
Proficiency with CAD/CAM software ERP/MES systems statistical process control and manufacturing data analysis tools.
