How Youll Make an Impact

• Design develop and implement robust manufacturing processes that support safe efficient and scalable production.

• Lead equipment installation validation and commissioning activities to ensure manufacturing readiness.

• Drive factory startup initiatives including production trials pilot builds and first-article manufacturing activities.

• Optimize production flow through line balancing capacity planning workflow analysis and workstation design.

• Support quality management systems and lead root cause investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies.

• Champion Lean Manufacturing principles through Kaizen events visual management and productivity improvement projects.

• Partner with engineering and production teams to support new product introductions and improve manufacturability.

• Monitor and improve key operational metrics including FPY OEE labor efficiency cycle time scrap reduction and on-time delivery.

• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.

Your Background

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial Manufacturing Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing engineering within an industrial production environment.

• Experience in transformer manufacturing electrical equipment heavy assembly metal fabrication or similar industries is preferred.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma methodologies PFMEA control plans and process validation techniques.

• Experience with industrial engineering principles capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with MES and ERP systems with SAP S/4HANA experience considered an advantage.
