Senior Frontend Engineer

Location : Mexico city Mexico.

Duration : 12 Months.

Lead frontend architecture and implementation for customer-facing web applications.

• Collaborate with product design and backend teams to translate requirements into elegant user-focused interfaces.
• Build reusable accessible and maintainable UI components and design systems.
• Ensure seamless integration with backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Optimize performance implement server-side rendering where appropriate and improve load times and responsiveness.
• Drive adoption of modern frontend tooling testing practices and CI/CD workflows.
• Mentor and guide other frontend engineers; take ownership of frontend delivery and quality.
• Enforce secure coding practices and contribute to frontend security reviews.

Required skills

• 8 years of professional frontend development experience primarily using React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript HTML5 and CSS3.
• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks and meta-frameworks (e.g. Remix).
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g. Redux) and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Proven UX/UI intuition and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and common build tools (e.g. Webpack).
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and automated testing (e.g. Jest Cypress).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering high-quality software.

Preferred skills

• Experience with server-side rendering and performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated release/testing workflows.
• Previous leadership or ownership role for frontend applications.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and frontend security best practices.
• Experience with alternative state management libraries (e.g. Vuex) or ecosystems is a plus.
