Job Summary
Location:Mexico (Mexico City Guadalajara Monterrey) Hybrid as per Infosys Mexico policy
Time Zone:CST/EST
Develop and test new solutions as per the rol of system engineer Backend Frontend and FullStack.
Design develop test and maintain software applications and system components.
Ensure software quality performance scalability and security.
Collaborate with architects project managers QA and crossfunctional IT teams.
Support deployment integration and production issues.
Document technical designs configurations and development standards.
Follow engineering best practices coding standards and security guidelines
Develop and maintain backend services APIs and business logic.
Ensure system performance scalability availability and data integrity.
Integrate applications with databases external systems and thirdparty services.
Participate in system design and architecture discussions..
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics Computer Science.
- At least 2 years of experience in Information Technology working with the role of developer.
- Bilingual (Spanish & English) strong verbal and written communication.
- Programming languages: Java C# Python or similar.
- RESTful APIs microservices and service-oriented architectures.
- Relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server PostgreSQL MongoDB Oracle etc.).
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux/Windows) and basic networking.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and CI/CD pipelines
- Minimum 2 years of handson experience working with.
- Excellent planning prioritization and problemsolving abilities.
- Resultsoriented mindset
- Combined Backend and Frontend skillsets.
- Experience with APIs databases and modern UI frameworks.
- Understanding of DevOps practices CI/CD and cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues across the full technology stack.
- Version control: Git.
- Agile / Scrum / DevOps environments.
- Development and tracking tools: Jira Confluence IDEs.
- Containers and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes) desirable.
- Flexible to work during CST/EST time zones and meet for hand-over activities to India team if needed.
- Self-motivated proactive and a strong team player.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Clear communication with technical and nontechnical team members.
- Time management and commitment to delivery.
Experience & Language
- 2 years of experience in software development or system engineering (depending on seniority).
- Experience in medium to highcomplexity IT projects.
