We are currently searching for a Senior AA Business Consultant Limits & Collateral:

The Challenge (Responsibilities)

• Act as a functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) during a major core banking implementation project in Mexico City.
• Analyze client business requirements related to risk lending and collateral management mapping them directly to Tememos Transact capabilities.
• Perform detailed gap analysis between current business processes and Tememos functionality.
• Configure and implement Tememos Arrangement Architecture (AA) products and contracts specifically focusing on the Limits & Collateral modules.
• Design functional solutions aligned with Tememos best practices and author Functional Specifications (FSDs).
• Work closely with business stakeholders technical consultants developers and integration teams to support end-to-end delivery.
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.

Your Profile (Requirements)

• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
• Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.
• Strong hands-on functional experience with Tememos Transact (T24).
• Deep expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA).
• Proven experience specifically implementing and configuring the Limits & Collateral modules within Temenos.
• Previous commercial or corporate lending implementation experience.
• Ability to lead business requirement-gathering workshops with senior bank stakeholders.

Desired

• Experience with Accounting or Soft Accounting within Tememos AA.
• Prior experience working on temporary or contract-based major transformation projects.
• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
• Advanced Spanish.

Special Notes

• Our Client is a major provider of core banking software solutions globally.
• This is a contract position (expected 6-9 months initially) supporting a major implementation starting in August.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with Tememos Transact (T24)
• Hands-on expertise in Arrangement Architecture (AA)
• Experience with Limits & Collateral and/or Accounting / Soft Accounting.
