SAP Cutover Manager

Job Summary
The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data configurations and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
- Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.
- Communicate cutover plans timelines and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.
- Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase including data migration system transitions issue resolution and post-go-live support.
- Identify propose and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition.
- Structured and documentation-oriented working style.
Qualifications :
Education
- Completed studies in computer science business informatics business administration or equivalent (masters degree/diploma preferred) or comparable professional experience.
Experience and Knowledge
- At least two years of experience in Project Management.
- Experience with data migration and system cutovers.
- Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
- Interest in digital innovation automation and emerging technologies (e.g. AI Power BI Azure DevOps).
- Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation and AI-driven tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Language
- English required; German is a plus.
