SAP Cutover Manager

The Cutover Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire cutover process during the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a solid understanding of cutover methodologies strong project management capabilities and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all required data configurations and technical prerequisites are in place for the cutover.
• Conduct cutover rehearsals to validate readiness and proactively identify issues or risks.
• Communicate cutover plans timelines and status updates to key stakeholders and project team members.
• Manage all cutover activities during the go-live phase including data migration system transitions issue resolution and post-go-live support.
• Identify propose and implement measures to reduce downtime and ensure a stable transition.
• Structured and documentation-oriented working style.

Qualifications :

Education

• Completed studies in computer science business informatics business administration or equivalent (masters degree/diploma preferred) or comparable professional experience.

Experience and Knowledge

• At least two years of experience in Project Management.
• Experience with data migration and system cutovers.
• Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
• Interest in digital innovation automation and emerging technologies (e.g. AI Power BI Azure DevOps).
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn automation and AI-driven tools is a plus.

Language

• English required; German is a plus.
