- Support the control safeguarding and management of regulated materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and authorized control books for regulated materials
- Coordinate the issuance of regulated materials to production quality and creative laboratory teams
- Ensure proper storage handling and traceability of regulated materials
- Support inspections audits and verification activities conducted by regulatory authorities including COFEPRIS
- Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support inventory control processes
- Assist in the preparation revision and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to regulated materials
- Support compliance activities associated with regulated materials management and regulatory reporting
- Promote adherence to quality safety environmental and food safety requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Pharmaceutical Chemistry Food Chemistry Industrial Chemistry Chemical Biology Biochemical Engineering or a related chemical discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance quality laboratory warehouse control or regulated materials management
- Knowledge of regulated materials and chemical precursor regulations
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to controlled substances and regulated materials
- Experience maintaining records documentation and compliance-related processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge is preferred
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Strong attention to detail organization teamwork and analytical skills
- Experience supporting activities related to COFEPRIS regulations and regulated materials
- Experience working in quality laboratory regulatory or manufacturing environments
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 FSSC 22000 or ISO 22716 systems
