We are currently searching for a Salesforce Admin:
The Challenge (Responsibilities)
- Design and deliver sophisticated solutions leveraging Salesforce platform capabilities to meet dynamic business needs.
- Lead complex multi-stream projects across global teams through effective matrix leadership and influence.
- Present strategies to stakeholders successfully translating highly technical solutions into measurable business value.
- Support and execute M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) integrations seamlessly within existing Salesforce ecosystems.
- Evaluate deploy and manage third-party AppExchange solutions to enhance platform functionality.
Your Profile (Requirements)
- Active Salesforce Administrator certification (required).
- Active Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification (required).
- Strong hands-on experience with CPQ (Configure Price Quote) and RCA implementations.
- Proven understanding of system integrations ETL processes and BI tools.
- Hands-on experience with data management including data loads mapping templates and advanced Excel models.
- High-Performance Mindset: Resilience emotional intelligence and a focus on agile delivery.
- Technologist DNA: A deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering.
Desired
- Experience building or supporting AI-driven or agentic solutions.
- Exposure to Salesforce Mobile capabilities.
- Experience with PSA tools (e.g. FinancialForce) and Order Management systems.
- Familiarity with content management platforms (e.g. Seismic).
- Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants.
Languages
- Advanced Oral English: For seamless collaboration with global teams.
- Advanced Spanish.
