- Manage customer and internal requests related to product samples quotations technical documentation and commercial support activities
- Coordinate with Sales Regulatory Customer Service Laboratory Supply Chain and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely request fulfillment
- Support the sales team in maintaining customer portfolios commercial information and account-related records
- Track and follow up on sample requests quotations and customer inquiries to ensure high levels of responsiveness and service
- Maintain accurate records databases and reporting tools to support commercial activities and business decisions
- Assist in preparing customer presentations reports and commercial documentation when required
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal procedures and business processes
- Analyze customer requests and prioritize activities based on business needs and commercial objectives
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience process efficiency and service excellence
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing International Business Engineering Supply Chain or a related field
- Experience in sales support customer service commercial operations order management or business support functions
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Intermediate to advanced English communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of service and accuracy
- Experience supporting commercial teams within fragrances flavors consumer goods chemical or manufacturing industries
- Knowledge of customer portfolio management quotations sample coordination and commercial documentation processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and cross-functional teams
