The Sales ProductivityRepresentative Water role supports regional water sales teams throughhigh-touch order management forecasting support and customer-facing coordination activities. This position plays a critical role in ensuringorder accuracy timely execution and seamless communication between sales customers and internal teams while also leveraging data and systems to improve visibility and performance.

This role is less focused on strategic sales operations and more aligned today-to-day sales support execution pipeline coordination and order lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Order Support Execution

• Assist sales teams withproposal support activities including coordinating data and inputs for prop studies.

• Supportforecastinputsand updates partnering with sales to ensure pipeline accuracy.

• Manageorder and ship date accuracy proactively coordinating updates and resolving changes with internal stakeholders.

• Monitor order reports formissing or incomplete information driving closure to ensure orders progress efficiently through the system.

• Act as a point of coordination between Sales Customer Service and Supply Chain to ensuretimely order processing and fulfillment.

Salesforce & Pipeline Support

• Maintainaccurate and up-to-date opportunity and order datawithin Salesforce.

• Assist inpipeline tracking basic reporting and data hygiene activitiesto support sales visibility.

• Help driveconsistency in CRM usageacross the sales team (light enablement vs. ownership).

Forecasting & Coordination

• Support forecast consolidation and updates based onsalesinputsand order flow.

• Partner with Sales and Operations to ensure alignment betweencustomer demand order timing and supply availability.

• Identify discrepancies between forecast and actual order activity escalating as needed.

Reporting & Process Support

• Generate standard reports related toorders pipeline status and forecast updates.

• Track key execution metrics such asorder completeness timing changes and backlog status.

• Assist in identifying process gaps and improvingorder flow efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely withSales Customer Service Supply Chain and Financeto ensure smooth order lifecycle management.

• Serve as acentral coordination pointfor resolving order-related issues and driving follow-up actions.

Qualifications:

• Education:Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Finance or related fieldis preferred

• Language:C1 or C2 English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Experience:24 years insales support customer service order management or demand/operations support

Skills

• Working knowledge ofSalesforce CRM (data entry reporting pipeline tracking)

• Strong attention to detail with focus onorder accuracy and process execution

• Solid Excel skills (reporting tracking basic analysis)

• Strong coordination and communication skills across teams

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in afast-paced execution-focused environment

Preferred

• Experience inorder management or inside sales support roles

• Understanding ofmanufacturing supply chain or fulfillment processes

• Experience supportingfield sales teams in an industrial environment
