What Youll Be Doing:

• Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to the assigned customer base.

• Working with internal and external resources facilitating work of others in quoting fulfilling demand and troubleshooting other customer requirements.

• Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers coordinates resources and processing of quotations works with management to set pricing.

• Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status.

• Liaison between sales team- ensures returns invoicing credit shipping issues etc. are resolved in a timely fashion.

• On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2-3 year of experience in similar roles providing support to Sales teams or in a Sales role.

• Experience managing an ERP (Oracle Preferred).

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills to analyze data present reports.

• English proficiency; with excellent communication skills.
