Sales & Operations Analyst Supply Chain

Job Title: S&OP Analyst

City: Toluca

As a Sales & Operations Analyst you will play a critical role in ensuring successful product launches and lifecycle execution across the North American network. You will drive supply chain readiness impact/risks assessments monitor service KPIs and partner cross-functionally to manage risks optimize inventory and support on-time in-full (OTIF) delivery.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support cross-functional PLM governance partnering with Commercial and Planning teams to drive alignment on demand sales and raw material strategies

• Analyze supply chain data (SAP Kinaxis) to monitor performance identify risks and drive continuous improvement opportunities
• Track and report key KPIs including Forecast Accuracy BIAS OTIF air freight usage inventory levels and critical raw materials
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle activities including new product introductions phase-in/phase-out discontinuations and product transfers
• Identify and mitigate supply risks providing insights on timelines raw material constraints and inventory exposure to support decision-making
• Reduce inventory obsolescence and inefficiencies by ensuring disciplined execution of PLM processes and lifecycle controls

You bring:

• Proficient creating macros Mandatory
• 2 or 3 years of experiencePreferred in planning functions including supply demand inventory or production planning.
• Skills in tools ATLAS SAP Power BI and Kinaxis ( IBP and PLM modules will be advantageous).
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills capable to prepare/analyse scenarios/trade-offs and simplify complex issues.
• English and Spanish advanced Mandatory
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Business Operations or related field.
