What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will be responsible for:

  • Calculate incentives monthly and quality control checking incentive compensation.
  • Knowledge of quota and incentives models for private and public channels
  • Ensure the quality of information for the sales team (internal and external data (secondary sources medical files hospitals sales information.
  • Management of databases data mining medical files charts of accounts sales force structures.
  • Responsible for all Objective Setting (quota) & planning related matters supervising and actual results.
  • Performance analysis and reporting conduct through reporting monitoring and analysis of performance and KPIs data to provide actionable recommendations for management teams aimed ay improving field force performance.
  • Development and implementation of sizing and deployment models.
  • Consolidate the wholesalers information and deliver the information to DMs on time.
  • Data warehousing development.
  • Analysis of quantitative and qualitative information to identify business challenges and/or improvement opportunities.
  • Provides support and training on the Sales Incentives calculation process

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree and 2 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR
  • Associates degree and 6 years of experience similar position in an international environment OR
  • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience similar position in an international environment.
  • Proficiency in English both in oral and written communication.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in handling projects & teams.
  • Track record of efficiently establishing and maintaining business processes.
  • Record of success in participation on and in supporting teams.
