Sales Excellence Analyst

You will deploy global and local sales programs and initiatives strengthening sales capabilities and driving behavioral change aligned with organizational goals. You will improve funnel health sales efficiency and overall commercial effectiveness within the market.

You will act as a trusted advisor to market leadership teams supporting commercial transformation and execution to achieve key performance indicators. You will collaborate closely with sales leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.

You will coach sales leaders to become effective independent coaches applying customer-focused selling techniques such as solution selling value-based selling and consultative selling to improve win rates on key opportunities.

You will lead small to mid-scale sales improvement projects and monitor the progress of sales excellence initiatives providing insights reporting and recommendations to senior management.

You will contribute to the continuous improvement of commercial analytics and support data-driven decision-making while building strong relationships with internal and external partners. This role offers exposure to regional commercial strategy and opportunities for professional growth in sales transformation and leadership development.

Youve acquired 2 years of experience in Sales Operations Sales Excellence Sales Management or similar roles.

Your skills include commercial acumen stakeholder management KPI monitoring and reporting sales funnel optimization data analytics and training delivery.

You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Sales Marketing Economics or a related field.

Youre a strong communicator and collaborator with a proactive mindset able to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.
