You will be responsible for performing back-office tasks which help the salesperson to spend more time with customer. This role supports sales in making tenders and orders creating the order / contract / equipment in SAP and maintaining the customer data in CRM and SAP. The sales administration and support can also perform other tasks under supervision of the salesperson and sales manager.

Additional activities are:

  • Administration and follow-up of the Order Book (OB).

  • Creation configuration and maintenance of orders in SAP

  • Management and tracking of billing- related tickets

  • Registration and control of project-related letters and documentation

  • Monitoring and management of Service Repair (SR) cancellations.

  • Preparation monitoring and updating of forecast reports.

  • Calculation validation and tracking of incentive payments for technical personnel.

  • Monitoring and control of project progress throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Support in material release processes.

  • Support in the preparation and follow-up of quotations as required by operations.

  • Preparation and analysis of operational performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Coordination and follow-up with Sales Operations Finance and Support teams to ensure process progress and timely resolution of issues.


You will bring:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Operations Sales Support Sales Administration or a related field.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Economics or a related discipline.
Solid understanding of customer service principles and sales processes.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including PivotTables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP formulas data analysis and reporting.
Hands-on experience working with SAP.
Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Intermediate English proficiency
