Job Summary

This role is an experienced individual responsible for environmental due diligence and compliance in HPs supply chain. This role requires close partnership with HP procurement supply chainand suppliers to implemented programs to identify assess mitigate and prevent environmental risks in HPs supply chain. The role collaborates with multiple internal teams to ensure their alignment with compliance objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Program manage the implementation of environmental due diligence and reporting aligned to CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) and CSDDD/CS3D (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) requirements

• Partner closely with Procurement and suppliers to design and implement programs that identify assess mitigate and prevent environmental risks across HPs supply chain

• Drive supplier engagement to ensure alignment with HPs environmental standards regulatory expectations and due diligence processes

• Support integration of due diligence outcomes into broader sustainability reporting and compliance frameworks

• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g. Sustainability Legal Procurement Compliance) to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal objectives

• Monitor evolving regulatory requirements and support continuous improvement of processes tools and reporting mechanisms

Education & Experience Recommended

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sustainability Supply Chain ESG Engineering Human Rights or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience preferably in ESG supply chain and project management or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.
