Repair Center Leader

Were looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Repair Center Leader to join our team based at our Operations team in Santa Catarina Nuevo Leon.

Working closely with customers and internal teams youll play an important part in delivering exceptional service while contributing to the smooth operation of our repair workshop.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically minded professional who enjoys troubleshooting solving complex problems leading a repair team and expanding their expertise with a leading company in welding technology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Technical Support team ensuring high levels of service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Supervise the diagnosis repair maintenance and commissioning of Fronius equipment.
• Manage resource allocation and ensure an efficient distribution of workload within the team.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on service quality operational efficiency and KPI performance.
• Provide advanced technical support and serve as the escalation point for complex customer issues.
• Develop the technical capabilities of the team through training coaching and performance follow-up.
• Oversee inventory management spare parts availability tools and service-related warehouse operations.
• Ensure accurate and effective use of ERP and CRM systems for service and operational activities.
• Foster strong collaboration with customers suppliers and cross-functional internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with company standards related to safety quality and operational excellence.
• Manage rental equipment assets including system administration contract tracking asset utilization and inventory control.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and infrastructure including vendor supervision and service provider management.
• Support basic facility maintenance requirements and ensure timely resolution of operational and technical building-related issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 8 years of experience in industrial and/or welding equipment diagnostics and repair.
• Experience in automotive metalworking or industrial maintenance environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• ERP/MRP knowledge (SAP Oracle or Baan preferred).
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong teamwork leadership and communication skills.
• Self-motivated results-oriented and proactive.
• Excel skills for data analysis are preferred.
