Were looking for an experienced passionate and customer focused Repair Center and Maintenance Specialist based in Santa Catarina Nuevo León to become a member of our Fronius México Team.

• Diagnosis repair and conversion of Fronius equipment.

• Development and improvement of repair processes (timely and with quality).

• Development of tools focused on customer service.

• Technical support to customers regarding repair follow-up.

• Preparation of technical reports.

• Warehouse management (cycle counts replenishment improvements).

• Identification and improvement of opportunities based on KPI results.

• ERP system management.

• Follow-up of service cases in CRM.

• Support in basic facility maintenance activities.

• Electronics Mechatronics or related Engineering degree

• 12 years of experience in diagnosis and repair of industrial or welding equipment.

• Ability to read technical manuals and electrical diagrams.

• Basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems and inventory management.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Customer-oriented with good communication skills.
