Job Summary

The Recruitment Marketing Intern supports the Talent Acquisition team by helping promote our employer brand attract qualified candidates and engage talent through digital and creative marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing communications HR or talent acquisition who wants hands-on experience in recruitment marketing strategies.

Education & Experience
Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate program in Marketing Communications Business or a related field. Or 1-year remaining to graduate. Prior academic project or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling content for recruitment marketing campaigns (social media job boards career site email campaigns).

• Support employer branding initiatives

• Collaborate with recruiters to promote open positions and hardtofill roles.

• Track and report basic recruitment marketing metrics (post-performance engagement applicant source data)

• Help maintain and update the companys careers page and employer branding materials

• Conduct research on recruitment marketing trends competitors and talent market insights

• Provide administrative and creative support to the recruitment team as needed.

Skills/ Ability Generic (High Level)

• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn Meta (Facebook/Instagram) TikTok WhatsApp YouTube.)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing or content creation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)

• Basic understanding of CRMs Sprout Social Canva Adobe Video editing tools Google Analytics SEO/SEM media metrics and performance reporting is a plus

Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment. Basic organizational analytical and communication skills. Ability to follow instructions manage time effectively and maintain attention to detail. Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
