Recruiter | Professional Hiring | Remote (Mexico)

Were looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring for one of the worlds leading automotive this role youll own the full recruitment lifecycle for salaried professional positions partnering closely with hiring managers to identify attract and hire exceptional talent.

What Youll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for salaried professional positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source screen interview and manage candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build proactive talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinate interviews facilitate feedback and manage offers
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from initial outreach through onboarding
• Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and provide regular hiring updates

Qualifications

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting salaried professional or corporate positions
• Strong sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
