In this role you will beresponsible for leading all phases of program development by coordinating cross-functional teams and collaborating with multiple departments across Autoliv. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated results-driven professional who can successfully deliver projects while meeting commercial objectives and critical deadlines. This position requires the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive alignment to achieve program goals.

Should you be interested in overseeing these tasks and aiming for enhanced performance standards your role will involve:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the planning approval and implementation of engineering changes ensuring compliance with Autoliv development validation Change Control Board (CCB) and AS7 Change Management processes.

  • Drive accountability across Engineering Manufacturing Quality Purchasing Program Management and Suppliers to achieve project objectives critical milestones and successful product launches.

  • Manage change-related project deliverables schedules budgets risks and performance metrics ensuring changes are executed on time within scope and aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate communication and collaboration among global project teams manufacturing facilities and key stakeholders providing timely status updates issue resolution and escalation management.

  • Prepare and present change proposals project updates and business cases to CCBs and leadership teams while effectively prioritizing multiple projects and driving actions to closure.

If you have/are:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical Electrical Industrial or related discipline) from an accredited university.

  • Proven experience supporting or leading automotive product launches within cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong automotive industry background preferably with experience in restraint systems engineering change management or product development.

  • Demonstrated project management and engineering expertise including the ability to manage schedules deliverables project financials and fast-paced change initiatives.

  • Highly organized self-motivated and adaptable professional with strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
