Raw Material Planner

• Perform weekly raw material planning thru JDE.

• Ensure raw material availability to meet customers requirements.

• Analyze and confirm with suppliers any forecast/demand fluctuation.

• Daily review of Crystal reports (exception planning report past due RANs critical components top ten high inventory value components).

• Communicate issues to Production Control teams.

• Meet Autoliv Standards

• Review and close material receiving discrepancies in time and quantity.

• Update and present monthly KPIs (OTP Inventory turns).

• Establish and notify implementation dates of components in revision changes to avoid obsolescence.

• Effective communication to all teams when critical components with suppliers.

Bachelors Degree ( Business or Industrial Engineering)

2 years of previous experience in the Automotive Industry

Advanced English skills

Supply chain (planning and inventory management)

Project management

Negotiation

JDE (CPLAN)
