Quality Systems Engineer

Objective

Ensure the ongoing suitability of the Quality Management System by conducting internal and external audits and addressing the opportunities identified through them to improve the systems effectiveness and efficiency which is reflected in the satisfaction of internal and external customers.

Main Responsibilities

• Experience using Customer Portal for Stellantis Ford GM VW and/or Audi.
• Ensure that the automotive industrys quality certifications are current and available to the organization
• Communicate changes to the Specific Customer Requirements once they have been modified to bring the QMS and applicable documentation into compliance.
• Work with Plant Management to schedule management reviews as needed to assess the performance of the QMS.

Position Requirements

• English Advanced
• Degree in Industrial Mechanical Metallurgical or a related field
• At least 4 years in a similar position.
• Knowledge of 8D 5W3L Ishikawa 5W process and product audits Core Tools Six Sigma drawing interpretation GD&T and MSA.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Pivot Tables and Power BI.
