PSP SPECIALIST

Location: Mexico
Base Salary: $3000 $3500 per month

We are seeking an experienced PSP Specialist to join a growing international FX brokerage in Mexico. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing payment solutions optimizing transaction flows maintaining relationships with PSPs and supporting the companys payment infrastructure.

Minimum 1 year of experience in the same PSP Specialist position within the FX industry (mandatory)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Strong understanding of payment processing gateways and online payment solutions
Experience working with PSPs acquirers and payment providers
Knowledge of deposits withdrawals chargebacks and transaction monitoring
Ability to analyze payment performance and identify optimization opportunities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

Manage relationships with existing Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and payment partners
Monitor and optimize payment performance approval ratios and transaction success rates
Assist in onboarding new PSPs and payment solutions
Coordinate with Compliance Finance CRM and Operations teams regarding payment processes
Investigate payment-related issues and provide timely resolutions
Monitor chargebacks refunds and payment disputes
Analyze transaction data and prepare performance reports
Support the implementation of new payment methods and regional payment solutions
Ensure smooth deposit and withdrawal processes for clients
